Qualifications

Our client, a leader in electrical & industrial manufacturing, is looking to hire a Financial Analyst in Red Oak, TX. This is a hybrid role and requires 4 days a week onsite.

This role is a 3-month W2 contract with benefits offered!

As a Financial Analyst , you will support the Plant Controlle r in delivering accurate, timely manufacturing finance reporting, monitoring factory costs, and turning transactional data into clear explanations of operational cost drivers .

What You Will Be Doing

• Deliver manufacturing finance reports, including WIP, inventory transactions, material usage variance and PPV

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to reconcile data across multiple sources

Desired Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
