Job summary

Autoneum, a global leader in acoustic and thermal management for vehicles, seeks a finance professional to partner with plant management to improve financial performance through accounting, reporting, analysis, and planning.

You will support monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, inventory accounting, and cost accounting processes while maintaining standard costing systems and ensuring accurate reporting using SAP FI/CO, HFM, and ERP/GL.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of financial planning experience.
• Three or more years of standard cost accounting experience.
• Three or more years of management reporting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own cost accounting module in SAP, include staging materials and inventory valuation.
• Develop and maintain standard costing with monthly variances.
• Calculate overhead, labor, and machine rates for product costing.
• Support profitability reporting with plant costing information.
• Assist monthly close (SAP) and reporting (HFM), prepare journal entries.
• Analyze plant results and investigate variances vs budget/forecast.
