Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 2+ years cost accounting experience required.
• Proficient with SAP and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing activities and document changes to assess cost impact.
• Prepare reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
• Provide management with profitability-focused cost analyses.
• Support CI/process teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure accuracy of SAP/ERP data and cost audits.
