Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
  • CPA or MBA preferred.
  • 2+ years cost accounting experience.
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze manufacturing activities and document changes to determine cost impact.
  • Analyze costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard vs actual costs.
  • Provide management with reports on factors affecting product profitability.
  • Work with CI/process teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyze and recommend cost savings.
  • Monitor inventory cycle count adjustments.
  • Prepare internal cost audits according to GAAP.
  • Maintain accuracy in the SAP/ERP system.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and plant profitability drivers.
  • Ensure accuracy in program profitability (Burden model).
