Job summary

TE Connectivity's Katy, TX Marine Oil & Gas facility seeks a Plant Controller to partner with plant leadership, drive financial strategy, and ensure robust controls aligned with GAAP and SOX. You will oversee standard costing, forecasting, budgeting, and cost management across manufacturing operations, while delivering actionable insights to improve profitability and cash flow.

As a trusted advisor, you will lead a finance team, coordinate monthly reviews, and collaborate with operations,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
7+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience in manufacturing.
Plant controller/operations finance or cost accounting experience preferred.
Experience with government contracting (FAR/CAS) preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as strategic finance partner to plant leadership and cross-functional teams.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
Oversee standard costing, variances, and cost management across manufacturing.
Coordinate operating reviews and report performance to leadership.
Drive cost reduction initiatives and capital project evaluations with operations and engineering.
