Teledyne Energetics is seeking a seasoned Plant Controller to lead the site’s financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls, while ensuring compliance with US GAAP, SOX, ASC 606, FAR, and CAS. You will partner with local management to drive accuracy and actionable insights.

The role requires strong analytical and leadership skills to coach the accounting team and streamline processes for efficiency and control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• +7 years of progressive experience in financial management, accounting, cost accounting, revenue accounting, and financial analysis.
• Strong ASC 606 revenue recognition knowledge.
• Solid U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cost accounting, and operational analytics.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, reconciliations, and management reporting.
• Lead revenue process and ensure ASC 606 compliance.
• Review contract terms, including EAC considerations, for proper revenue recognition.
• Lead and maintain revenue forecasting with stakeholders.
• Monitor production costs, cost of sales, inventory valuation, and product margins.
