Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead site financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities.
• Analyze financial performance, costs, variances, and profit improvement opportunities.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting records, inventory, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and internal controls.
• Partner with operations leadership to drive efficiencies and cost savings initiatives.
• Prepare and communicate financial reports, forecasts, and business recommendations.
• Support regulatory compliance and asset protection efforts.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members as applicable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities
• Analyze financial performance, costs, variances, and profit improvement opportunities
• Ensure accuracy of accounting records, inventory, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and internal controls
• Partner with operations leadership to drive efficiencies and cost savings initiatives
• Prepare and communicate financial reports, forecasts, and business recommendations
• Support regulatory compliance and asset protection efforts
• Lead, coach, and develop team members as applicable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
• CPA or CMA preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
