Venteon's client, a large private manufacturing firm, seeks a Plant Controller in Auburn Hills to own the month-end close, forecast, and financial analyses. The role interfaces with multiple functional groups and external auditors to ensure accurate financials and cost controls.

The candidate will oversee standard cost maintenance, profitability analysis, and financial reporting, reporting to upper management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance is required.
• MBA or CPA designation is preferred or in progress.
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience required.
• Excellent communication, written and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead month-end close process and annual forecast.
• Perform financial analysis and profitability reviews.
• Coordinate with external auditors as needed.
• Review standard cost maintenance and related controls.
• Serve as main contact to departments on accounting items.
