The ideal candidate has 5+ years of manufacturing accounting, a strong cost accounting background, and a track record in budgeting, forecasting, and standard costing. This hands-on role collaborates with operations to optimize plant performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing accounting experience with strong cost accounting background.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, inventory, and standard costing.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Hands-on ability to work closely with operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all plant accounting and financial reporting activities.
• Analyze manufacturing results, variances, inventory, and product costs.
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
• Monitor internal controls, inventory accuracy, and fixed assets.
• Support cost reduction and operational improvement initiatives.
• Manage the standard cost process and inventory cycle counts.
• Partner with operations leadership to improve plant performance.
• Supervise a small accounting and inventory team.
