Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive cost accounting and analysis experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Ability to lead teams, manage projects, and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end financial close and reporting for the plant.
• Maintain and analyze standard costs, inventory, and key financial metrics.
• Partner with plant management to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support capital planning.
• Prepare budgets, performance reports, and financial analyses with actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Support special projects, ad hoc analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives.
