Qualifications
7+ years of progressive cost accounting and analysis experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of management accounting, cost and inventory accounting, and GAAP.
Ability to lead teams, manage projects, and collaborate across departments.
Responsibilities
Lead the month-end financial close and reporting for the plant.
Maintain and analyze standard costs, inventory, and key financial metrics.
Partner with plant management to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support capital planning.
Prepare budgets, performance reports, and financial analyses with actionable insights.
Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
Support special projects, ad hoc analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives.
