Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years in an Accounting/Finance role.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Travel 5–10%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant management and serve as a member of the Site Leadership team.
• Review month-end results: P&L and Balance Sheet including variance analysis.
• Present month-end results to Regional/Senior Management.
• Oversee monthly close including balance sheet reconciliations and revenue/expense reporting.
• Create monthly financial forecasts and analysis.
• Ad hoc financial analysis of metrics to support business requirements.
• Oversee SOX compliance and CI initiatives for capital spending.
