CTI Foods is seeking a Plant Controller to lead financials at our Texas plant, reporting to the VP, Corporate Controller. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain internal controls, and guide capital projects and cost accounting across operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
• Five plus years of accounting experience.
• Experience with inventory, project cost accounting, and AP.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the monthly plant close and explain variances with action recommendations.
• Support operations with weekly/monthly reports and manage process improvements.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure proper substantiation.
• Maintain internal controls aligned with corporate policies and GAAP.
• Monitor capital expenditures and ensure budgeting accuracy.
• Coordinate with AP/AR and billing; assist in annual budget and forecast.
• Assist in tax reporting, audits, and external auditor coordination.
