Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 7+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close activities, journal entries, and variance analysis.
• Develop annual plans and quarterly forecasts across production, labor, overhead, capital spend, and inventory metrics.
• Reconcile key accounts and ensure inventory, reserves, accruals, and prepaids accuracy.
