Ingersoll Rand in Sidney, OH is seeking a Plant Controller to lead all plant finance during a growth phase. You’ll partner with Operations, Materials and plant leadership to strengthen financial discipline, GAAP compliance, and reporting while guiding the annual operating plan and forecasts.

This hands-on role requires 7+ years in accounting/finance in manufacturing, a bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, and strong Excel/SAP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years accounting/finance experience with month-end close, GAAP, and internal controls.
• 3+ years in a plant/manufacturing environment partnering with operations and supply chain.
• 1+ year leadership experience and experience with budgeting and forecasting, Excel proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Sidney finance team and partner with plant leadership to drive performance.
• Oversee monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting under GAAP/SOX.
• Lead development of the facility's AOP and monthly/quarterly forecasts.
• Manage cost accounting, standard costs, and inventory variance analysis.
• Oversee capital expenditures and fixed asset accounting.
