• Proven ability to build and enforce rigorous internal controls (SOX, inventory, revenue-cycle safeguards).
• Strong ERP/MES fluency and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the plant's financials from shop floor to P&L with audit-ready reporting.
• Collaborate with Operations to tie financial results to production performance.
• Provide analysis on margins, variances, and capital forecasts.
