Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking a Plant Controller to lead the financial performance of the manufacturing facility. You will partner with Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Plant Leadership to optimize labor, materials, and overhead while safeguarding working capital.

Responsibilities include owning the plant P&L, leading monthly reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and driving cost improvements across yield, productivity, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience in manufacturing, consumer products, industrial, or supply chain environments.
• Experience supporting Manufacturing, Engineering, or Operations functions.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, business partnering and cost management.
• Financial modeling and data analytics capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the plant P&L and lead financial planning, analysis, and controls.
• Drive cost management initiatives across material, labor, overhead, and waste.
• Maintain a high-visibility presence on the production floor and partner with operations.
• Lead monthly financial reviews, forecasts, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Monitor inventory and working capital, ensuring robust controls and reporting.
• Foster continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
