Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 5-10 years of leadership experience in Finance, Accounting, or analytics.
• Advanced accounting principles, corporate finance and analytics.
• Proven ability to build analytics, models and identify key drivers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and close within 3 days of month end.
• Plan and coordinate plant budgets aligned with corporate policies.
• Analyze key drivers and ensure budgets tie to detailed forecasts.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts within 5 days of month-end.
• Deliver monthly analysis on plant performance with commentary.
• Provide detailed financial reports to local management and plant manager.
• Monitor KPI reporting, variance analysis and cost trends.
• Oversee capital expenditure projects and asset capitalization.
• Ensure internal controls and participate in inventory control initiatives.
