• Cost accounting background.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting and finance function for the division.
• Support KPI achievement for plants (Sales, Op Inc, FCF, Working Capital).
• Oversee financial plan, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Manage cost accounting, close processes, and internal controls.
• Coordinate audits and statutory reporting.
• Identify and lead process improvements in accounting.
• Provide timely financial analysis and reporting to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with laws and TriMas policies.
• Travel up to 25% to manufacturing sites.
