Job summary

Del Monte Corporation Inc. in Wisconsin seeks a seasoned finance leader to direct manufacturing and warehouse accounting, oversee budgets, and ensure accurate financial records across multiple facilities.

You will guide cost control, asset management, and internal controls in line with corporate policies. As a plant Finance Manager, you will mentor finance staff, partner with Supply Chain and IT for ERP optimization, and provide timely financial analysis, capital forecasts, and variance

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
• SAP software experience preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of related accounting experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Knowledge of GAAP, budgeting and cost control, internal controls, and corporate accounting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct preparation and control of manufacturing, warehousing, inventory, cost accounting, fixed assets, and financial records across operations.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to finance managers and staff.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Warehouse Operations to analyze costs, productivity, and network optimization.
• Provide timely financial and operating information including forecasts and variance analyses.
• Participate in setting objectives, plans, and budgets to meet plant and company goals.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes in line with SOX.
