Job summary

Waters is seeking a senior Finance professional for manufacturing cost and financial control roles in the U.S. This position covers standard product costing, variances, inventory and fixed assets, with an emphasis on GAAP, SOX, and capital expenditure oversight.

You will partner with plant leadership and audit teams, drive cost improvements through analysis, and ensure accurate financial reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP and EPM ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills: pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP.
• CPA, MBA, CMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, analyze, and report standard product costing and variances.
• Develop standard costs and manage fixed assets.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and SOX controls.
• Support audits and implement recommendations.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to improve operations financially.
• Monitor capital expenditures and asset capitalization.
