Job summary

Waters seeks a Cost Accounting Manager to support the ADx Business in Cayey, responsible for costing, variances, and reporting. You will drive standard cost development, manage inventories, and ensure GAAP/SOX compliance while collaborating with plant leadership.

You will lead pricing strategy, budgeting, and capital project analysis, mentoring finance partners and delivering clear financial insights in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of dynamic cost accounting / finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with GAAP and SOX controls and financial reporting.
• Strong MS Excel skills, including pivot tables and macros.
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Leads planning, reporting, and analysis of standard product costing and inventory.
• Develops standard costs and ensures accurate manufacturing performance reporting.
• Ensures compliance with US GAAP and Waters policies, and supports Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
• Partner with leaders to optimize financial decisions and safeguard assets.
• Coordinate annual budgeting, forecasting, and capital project analysis.
