Key responsibilities include leading budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and variance analysis; monitoring KPIs; and ensuring GAAP compliant controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or plant controllership experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
• Experience partnering with operations leaders in a plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting.
• Analyze labor, material, and manufacturing cost variances.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Partner with plant leadership on operational and financial decisions.
• Maintain strong controls and support GAAP compliance.
