Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC seeks a Plant Controller to lead the financial performance of the manufacturing facility. You will partner daily with Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Plant Leadership to maximize profitability through rigorous cost management and proactive leadership.

You will own the plant P&L, drive labor productivity, material yield, overhead optimization, and working capital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field plus 5+ years in manufacturing finance.
• MBA/CPA/CMA or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and data analytics capabilities.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving business decisions.
• Experience with SAP, BW, and planning analytics systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete plant P&L, including costs, labor, materials, overhead, and inventory performance.
• Lead monthly budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
• Provide financial leadership across operational decisions and partner with Production, Maintenance, and Operations.
• Drive labor productivity, yield, OEE, and waste reduction through financial insight.
• Manage working capital and ensure robust controls and reporting.
