Job summary

Grecian Delight | Kronos Foods is seeking a Plant Controller at our Glendale Heights facility, reporting to the Vice President of FP&A. You will partner with Operations to drive efficiency, accuracy of financial statements, and KPI-driven profitability for the plant.

Responsibilities include monthly forecasts, annual budgeting, variance analysis, ROI evaluations, internal controls, cycle counting, and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or related field.
• 5 years of experience in a plant financial position.
• Experience driving process improvement.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Excellent project management abilities and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Forecast monthly manufacturing facility financial results.
• Lead annual budgeting and variance analysis.
• Design and implement KPI dashboards and perform variance analysis.
• Present monthly financial results to Corporate Leadership.
• Prepare ROI analyses for capital spending requests.
• Design internal controls and inventory procedures; oversee cycle counting.
• Identify opportunities to improve plant growth, efficiency, profitability.
• Interpret and optimize departmental P&Ls.
• Lead site audits and tax abatement efforts.
