Job summary

Job Juncture seeks a Plant Controller for our Greensboro, NC facility to lead financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting and forecasting. You will supervise the Senior Plant Accountant and Accounting Specialist, partner with the Plant Manager and cross‑functional leaders, and drive cost control, productivity, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 58+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in plant-level finance leadership roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant finance and cost accounting functions including product costing and budgeting.
• Manage monthly financial reporting, close processes, and reconciliations.
• Oversee payroll, A/P, A/R, and internal controls, with cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive cost control, productivity, profitability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Plant Manager and leaders in Operations, Materials, Engineering, HR, and Commercial.
• Lead Lean manufacturing and kaizen-related financial analyses and cost models.
