Job summary

Brilliant® is seeking a Plant Controller to oversee divisional and plant operations for multiple locations and lead all finance and accounting activities for assigned sites. This contract position targets 4–6 months and requires heavy manufacturing experience and strong leadership in a high-energy environment.

The ideal candidate will have a BA in Accounting or Finance, 7–10+ years of manufacturing accounting, and SAP/SAP S/4 Hana proficiency to drive cost accounting and reporting improvements.

Qualifications

• B.A. degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP.
• SAP experience required; SAP S/4 Hana highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial activities for multiple plant operations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Advise senior leadership on financial objectives.
• Manage cost accounting functions including BOM, FICO, and inventory valuations.
• Provide analysis on inventory and costing projects.
• Support process improvements and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project execution.
• Work with site GMs and corporate leaders.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members.
