Job summary

SUNSWEET GROWERS INC. seeks a Plant Controller in Yuba City to partner with Operations and Supply Chain leadership, driving system-enabled processes for financial accuracy and efficiency across manufacturing and supply chain.

You will own cost accounting, COGS planning, and the annual standards review, ensuring strong controls and GAAP adherence. You will lead SAP production module close, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, collaborating with IT to improve ERP functionality and

Qualifications

Strong understanding of cost accounting, supply chain finance, and manufacturing processes.
Proficiency using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools; advanced Excel skills.
Demonstrates ERP experience, financial automation, and data analytics capabilities.
Comfortable leveraging technology to streamline processes and drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead annual standard review and update of standard costs including BOM, routings, overhead rates, and material master setup.
Oversee Yuba City CO close including production work orders and cost center reviews; analyze variances.
Prepare and present the Plant Financial Scorecard for the plant with operations and supply chain.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and COGS planning for manufacturing and supply chain operations.
