Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• CPA/ACCA/ACA designation preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience, manufacturing ideal.
• Strong cost accounting and financial planning background.
• ERP implementation experience is a plus.
• Proven leadership with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Continuous improvement mindset for change.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial activities for the manufacturing site including cost accounting, general accounting, inventory, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting and regulatory adherence.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to plant leadership to support business decisions.
• Develop and manage the annual budget, forecasting process and long-range financial planning.
• Establish and monitor key financial performance indicators to improve operational performance.
• Lead internal controls, audit readiness and compliance initiatives.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual reporting with financial commentary and strategic analysis.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives that reduce risk, improve efficiency and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Foster strong cross-functional partnerships and contribute as a key member of the site leadership team.

Lead Financial Strategy as a Plant Controller

What You'll Do

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field
• CPA, ACCA, CIMA or ACA designation preferred
• Seven to 10 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Strong background in cost accounting and financial planning
• ERP implementation experience is a plus
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive organizational change
