Legacy Search Advisors is seeking a hands-on Plant Controller / Head of Cost Accounting for a growing manufacturing and distribution leader. You will partner with Operations and Executive Leadership to drive operational excellence, cost insight, and data-driven decisions on inventory, costing, and performance.

Qualifications

What You'll Be Doing

This role sits at the intersection of Finance and Operations. You'll serve as the financial leader supporting plant operations, ensuring that inventory, costing, manufacturing performance, and operational activities are accurately reflected in the financial results.

You'll spend time both in financial systems and on the production floor, collaborating with leaders across operations, supply chain, maintenance, procurement, and finance to improve visibility, identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive results.
