Ringside Talent seeks a Plant Controller for a hybrid role based in Cleveland, OH. The position partners with plant leadership to drive financial performance and operational decisions.

The ideal candidate will direct monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting; manage cost accounting, inventory valuation, and capital project ROI analysis; and mentor the plant accounting team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 7+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of cost accounting, inventory, and plant operations.
• Experience leading or mentoring accounting staff.
• Ability to build credibility with operations leaders and drive issues to resolution.
• Comfortable moving quickly in a fast-paced production setting.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the plant's financial reporting, including monthly results, budgets, and forecasts.
• Review spending against plan and dig into variances to find root causes and recommend action.
• Oversee inventory valuation, standard costs, and cost of goods sold accuracy.
• Support capital project evaluation and track return on investment.
• Maintain internal controls that protect plant assets and support audit readiness.
• Provide financial insight to the plant manager and operations team to guide day-to-day decisions.
• Identify and lead cost reduction and productivity initiatives.
• Coordinate with corporate finance on consolidation, reporting deadlines, and policy compliance.
• Lead and develop the plant accounting team.
