Responsibilities

• Operate plant functions from the control room.
• Manage chip feed, fuel feed, furnace, dryer, sizing and pellet presses.
• Act as overall contact for plant operations.
• Monitor indicator screens, signal lights and production rates.
• Adjust production line processes based on signals.
• Maintain equipment temperature and safety standards.
• Resolve issues using technical skills.
• Communicate with team members and respond to calls for assistance.
• Handle alarms and ensure continuous plant operation.
