Job summary

Ever-Green Energy invites applications for a Control Room Operator at our Minneapolis plants. This role oversees boiler, turbine, chillers, and related plant systems from the control room, ensuring safe and efficient operation in a high-pressure steam environment.

The ideal candidate will have MN boiler license, tech training, strong communication, and the ability to train others; rotating shifts, OT, and union seniority apply.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Vo-tech training or equivalent as a Boiler Operator.
• First Class A MN Boiler Engineer’s License.
• Ability to coordinate operations and maintenance with independence.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Control, monitor, start, stop, regulate and evaluate plant systems and equipment.
• Operate boilers, turbine generator, gas turbine, chillers, and all auxiliaries from the control room.
• Ensure safe, proper and efficient operation of all plant systems.
• Support training, procedure writing, and other operations tasks.
• Perform duties in compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
