Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. in New Jersey seeks a process-focused professional to develop and maintain updated process flows for key plant operations. You will support the rollout of the Guenther Productivity System (GPS) and lead GPS Playbooks for the pillars.

You will document work processes with supervisors, managers, and operators, create standard work and training materials, align SOPs with product changes, and drive Kaizen events to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in food manufacturing or high-speed manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains updated process flow for plant operations.
• Supports GPS rollout and leads GPS Playbooks for pillars.
• Documents work processes with supervisors, managers, and operators.
• Develops standard work, training materials, SOPs, and certifications.
• Lead Kaizen events to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Lead automation projects to reduce cost to serve.
