Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son is seeking a Maintenance Controls Specialist to ensure the reliability and optimal performance of our manufacturing equipment in a food production environment.

You will maintain PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems and electrical components, perform preventive maintenance, and support safety and continuous improvement initiatives. The role may require non-standard hours and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with control systems in manufacturing.
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA is required.
• Electrical and safety knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain control systems for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and automation components.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and motors.
• Uphold safety standards and participate in audits.
• Document configurations and keep maintenance records.
