Job summary
The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a Plant Care Specialist to visit customer sites daily and provide expert plant care, including grooming, watering, pruning, and soil moisture checks. You will help maintain displays and assist on installations and holiday decorations, ensuring plants and environments are kept vibrant and healthy.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.
- Experience caring for plants preferred.
- Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations.
Responsibilities
- Visit client sites daily to care for plants by grooming, watering, pruning, trimming, and removing debris.
- Gauge soil moisture and fertilize as needed to maintain plant health.
- Keep plants and containers clean and display areas free of dust and debris.
- Assist on plantscape installations and holiday decoration projects.
- Maintain scenting and air purification equipment as required.
- Communicate plant care needs and additional product opportunities to grow the business.
