Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Plant Care Specialist to visit customer sites daily and provide expert plant care, including watering, pruning, and soil management. You will help maintain attractive displays, prevent diseases, and support installations and seasonal decor as part of a collaborative team.

The role requires a valid driver's license, strong communication, and willingness to work a flexible Monday–Saturday schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for plants preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Available to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (covered by us).

Responsibilities

• Visit multiple customer sites daily to provide plant care, including grooming, watering, pruning, and fertilizing as needed.
• Maintain plant displays and containers, ensuring cleanliness and soil moisture as per guidelines.
• Identify and prevent plant diseases and pests; communicate additional product needs to grow the business.
• Assist on plantscape installations and holiday decor projects as part of a team.
• Operate and maintain scenting and air purification equipment as required.
• Safely drive a service vehicle and work at heights when necessary.
