Job summary

Ambius is seeking a Plant Care Specialist to visit customer sites daily and provide expert plant care. Responsibilities include grooming, watering, pruning, and debris removal to keep plants healthy and displays attractive.

You will support interior and exterior installations and assist with holiday decorations as required. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for plants preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license in your state.
• Must be available Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills to follow product label instructions.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (covered by us).
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit client sites daily to care for plants: watering, grooming, pruning, and debris removal.
• Ensure plants and display containers are clean and healthy; prevent water damage.
• Communicate additional Ambius product needs to grow business and support installations.
• Assist on plantscape installations including interior/exterior container gardens and systems.
• Maintain scenting and air purification equipment as needed.
• Drive a service van/truck safely in urban and rural settings.
