Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Plant Care Specialist to visit customer sites daily and provide plant care through grooming, watering, pruning, and moisture management. You will keep plants and display containers clean, prevent damage, assist with installations, and support holiday décor projects while maintaining scenting and air purification equipment.

A valid driver's license, high school diploma or GED, and good communication are required; benefits start day one and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Experience caring for plants preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Available Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills to follow product-label instructions.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (covered by us).
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites to care for plants, grooming, rotating, watering, pruning, and moisture management.
• Keep plants and display containers clean and free of dust and debris; prevent damage to surroundings.
• Recognize and communicate additional Ambius product needs to grow the business.
• Assist on plantscape installations including interior/exterior containers and wall-mounted systems.
• Assist on holiday decoration installations and seasonal removal tasks.
• Maintain scenting and air purification equipment as necessary.
• Communicate effectively and solve problems on site.
• Regularly drive a service van/truck in urban and rural settings; climb ladders safely.
• Use pruners, scissors and other pruning tools.
