Base wage is $21.99 per hour, with comprehensive frontline benefits and a focus on food safety. As a Package Tech, you will operate packaging equipment, inspect and package products, palletize goods, and maintain clean, safe work areas throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food production, packaging, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is a strong plus.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with peers and frontline leadership.
• Basic problem-solving to notice and report operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and tend to packaging machinery at production pace to maintain workflow.
• Inspect, label, and package finished products according to SOPs.
• Palletize finished goods, ensure safe stacking and storage.
