Qualifications

• Experience in a food production or manufacturing environment.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly with frontline staff.
• Basic problem-solving skills to identify production issues.

Responsibilities

• Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to production instructions.
• Form dough and hang sausages onto carts or racks as required by production flow.
• Operate basic processing equipment safely and consistently.
• Maintain production pace while meeting quality standards.
• Record processing times, temperatures, and production codes accurately.
• Monitor product quality and report issues to leads or supervisors.
• Follow GMPs and food safety protocols.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment during and after production.
• Work independently while coordinating with teammates to support line efficiency.
• Comply with safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
