Job summary

Saint-Gobain Performance Polymer Solutions in Portage, Wisconsin, is seeking an Automation Engineer to specify, install, document and troubleshoot automation equipment for new and existing products. You will translate concepts into functional equipment and support the plant operations on a highly technical level.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing is required.
2+ years of experience as an Automation Engineer is required.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings is required.
Computer, data collection, and analysis skills are necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Specify, install, document, and troubleshoot automation equipment for new and existing products and processes.
Translate conceptual designs into functional equipment and provide automation support to plant operations.
