Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, and industrial automation systems.
• Ability to read and troubleshoot electrical schematics and control systems.
• Understanding of industrial communication networks and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC and HMI.
• Diagnose controls-related equipment failures and support downtime troubleshooting.
• Modify and optimize PLC logic, HMI applications, and automated equipment.
• Support installation, commissioning, and startup of new equipment and projects.
• Troubleshoot industrial networks, sensors, drives, and other controls hardware.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability, uptime, and efficiency.
• Maintain controls documentation and electrical drawings.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Operations on root cause analysis.
• Provide technical support and controls knowledge to plant maintenance.
