Job summary

What You Will Do

• Perform a wide variety of tasks in support of a manufacturing environment such as assembly, disassembly, re‑assembly, encapsulation, soldering, repair and/or inspection of wire harness, electronic and mechanical systems.
• Check own work with available fixtures and production aids to ensure workmanship quality.
• May route, dispatch and expedite flow of material.
• Follow written instruction, procedure, and product specification to complete assigned task.
• Understand and perform all job duties in accordance with the appropriate operating procedures/instructions related to all environmental/safety requirements and regulations governing the work area within an individual’s classification.
• Physically able to lift more than 25 lbs., work overtime, bend, push, pull, twist, sit or stand for long periods of time and excessive walking.
• Communicate, interact, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g., G.E.D.) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of one year of relevant experience in manufacturing or assembly.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Eye–hand coordination and ability to monitor and self‑check work.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow written instructions and product specifications.
• Ability to work second shift.

What We Offer

The role is located at Raytheon Dine Facility in Farmington, NM. It is a second shift position. This is a U.S. based role and only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the work.
