Job summary

ZF Marshall is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to manage KPI data, analytics, and reporting to support plant decisions. The role requires interfacing with SAP, Power BI, Access, and SQL to deliver daily insights for capacity, costing, and ROI analyses.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in manufacturing analytics, a related Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work on-site in Marshall, IL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Three to five years of experience in a similar role required.
• Microsoft Access expertise preferred.
• Manufacturing experience required (auto/industrial) and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of SAP or Oracle/JDE MRPs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational KPI data extraction, analytics, and reporting to support informed decisions.
• Process high-volume data from multiple systems and develop repeatable routines for capacity and costing analyses.
• Integrate data from SAP, Power BI, Access, and SQL to create daily reports and analytics.
• Audit reports to validate data integrity and monitor results.
• Provide data-driven insights on costing, risk, and process improvements.
• Perform statistical analysis using Excel, Minitab, or similar tools.
