Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of data analysis and data visualization concepts through coursework or projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of SQL for data extraction.
• Interest in manufacturing, engineering, or laboratory environments.
• Academic or project experience in cost-benefit analyses or ROI concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Test Data Analysis & Visualization: extract, clean, format high-volume test data and build dashboards showing KPIs, pass/fail rates, and OEE.
• Support project justification: gather sales data, build ROI models, and track costs against projections.
• Create clear presentation slides combining technical results with commercial projections for leadership.
• Collaborate with data/engineering teams to understand data flow from testing to end-user reports.
