Job summary

ERock McCloud Power Station seeks a Plant Administrator to manage site administrative functions, procurement and HR coordination. You will ensure accurate records, smooth scheduling, and timely reporting for daily operations.

You will support compliance, vendor documentation, and asset data in CMMS/ERP systems, partnering with Plant Manager and site teams to maintain audit-ready processes and reliable operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; higher degrees preferred.
• 3+ years in administrative, HR, accounting, procurement or operations support.
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; valid driver’s license.
• Experience with CMMS, ERP, or asset management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site administrative workflows, records, and reports.
• Support scheduling, meetings, reporting, and coordination.
• Manage vendor and contractor records and compliance documents.
• Support procurement activities: PO, invoices, receipts.
• Assist with HR coordination, onboarding, training records.
• Ensure audit-ready documentation and site readiness.
