Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Plant Manager to direct all Operations and Maintenance activities at the plant. You will ensure adequate manpower, tools, equipment, and spare parts for safe and efficient operation, while complying with safety, environmental, and power generation requirements.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will oversee plant outages, implement training programs, manage policy reviews, and lead hiring and certification efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent required.
• 10 years of power plant or similar experience.
• 3 years of experience supervising technical, supervisory, and administrative personnel.
• Gas turbine experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure plant personnel objectives align with client requirements.
• Administer Safety, Operations, NERC Compliance, Maintenance, Administrative, Training, Chemistry and Environmental QA/QC programs to assure safe, efficient operation.
• Oversee planned and unplanned plant outages.
• Implement training and qualification programs for plant personnel.
• Review plant policies to reflect current operating requirements.
• Direct sourcing, screening and hiring of new or replacement personnel.
• Verify certification status of affected personnel is current.
• Maintain high morale and motivation of plant personnel.
• Oversee the preparation of client and utility reports, budgets and environmental compliance reports.
