Job summary

ERock is seeking a highly organized Plant Administrator to support operations at the McCloud Power Station. The role focuses on maintaining records, coordinating procurement, contractor logistics, HR support, compliance, and audit-ready documentation.

It reports to the Plant Manager and works closely with corporate support teams. The position requires strong attention to detail, structured processes, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a mission-critical industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to follow structured processes, meet deadlines, manage confidential information, and maintain professional communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site administrative workflows, records, logs, and reporting files to support day-to-day plant operations.
• Support scheduling, meeting coordination, reporting, action item tracking, and admin coordination for the Plant Manager.
• Maintain organized records for site procedures, operating processes, contacts, and site reference materials.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, training, outages, vendor visits, contractor mobilization, and visits.
• Manage office supplies, admin resources, forms, shared files, and site materials.
