Job summary

Leviat is seeking a Plant Administrator to perform purchasing/receiving activities, maintain vendor management, and coordinate plant office operations. This role collaborates with management to ensure safety and promote our safety culture.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 2+ years related experience, and strong communication and Microsoft Office skills. Responsibilities include PO issuance, ERP receiving, vendor management, and office supply management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of related experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Issue Purchase Orders for items consumed in the plant and receive goods into ERP.
  • Collaborate with Plant Manager on local raw material purchases and inventory demands.
  • Provide ongoing plant support and effective communication with management.
  • Order and maintain office and breakroom supplies.
  • Manage vendors and local contracts (uniforms, cleaning services, etc.).
  • Support CapEx projects and documentation.
  • Maintain cost-tracking reports for production and maintenance.
  • Consolidate production data including safety, quality, and OEE metrics.
  • Oversee administrative aspects of site services and facilities.
