Peoplemark is seeking a Plant Admin for a contract role in Owensboro, KY on site. The position supports site leadership with calendars, travel, expenses, and event logistics within a manufacturing environment.

We are seeking an experienced Plant Admin for a contractual role lasting approximately 1 year, with the possibilityof being extended longer; based upon demand.
Location: Onsite in Owensboro, KY
Pay Rate: $35 - $40 per hour (based upon experience)
The Plant Administrator provides administrative and coordination support for site leadership and key business functions within the manufacturing facility. This roleis responsible forexecutive calendaring, travel coordination, expense management, visitor support, meeting and eventlogistics, and day-to-day administrative operations. The Plant Administrator serves asa central pointof coordination, ensuring efficient execution of leadership activities, site events, and administrative processes.
This position requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars for site leadership, scheduling meetings across multiple functions and time zones.
Coordinate meetinglogistics, conference room reservations, and virtual meeting arrangements.
Prepare meeting materials, presentations, agendas, and supporting documentation.
Assistwith follow-up actions and tracking key commitments.
Support leadership team communications and administrative needs.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
Prepare detailed travel schedules andsupportdocumentation.
Submit, reconcile, and track expense reportsin accordance withcompany policies.
Maintain travel and expense recordsand resolve discrepancies as needed.
Plan and coordinate site leadership meetings, town halls, employee events, training sessions, and executive visits.
Arrange catering, room setup,andtransportation.
Coordinate schedules andlogisticsfor visitors, auditors, and corporate personnel.
Support recognition events, employee engagement activities, and special site programs.
Maintain administrative records, files, and site documentation.
Coordinate office supplies, administrative purchases, and vendor services.
Assistwith purchase requisitions, invoice processing, and budget tracking as assigned.
Ensure meeting rooms and common administrative areasremainorganized and prepared for use.
Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with site employees, leaders, vendors, and visitors.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business, personnel, and operational information.
Support cross-functional coordination and special projects as assigned.
Associate degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of administrative, executive assistant, office management, or coordinator experience.
Experience supporting senior leaders and managing complex schedules.
Proficiencywith Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Experience coordinating travel arrangements and expense reporting.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience supporting leadership teams within a manufacturing, industrial, or operations environment.
Experience planning large meetings, leadership events, or site-wide activities.
Familiarity with SAP, Concur, or similar travel, expense, or purchasing systems.
Experience interacting with executive-level stakeholders.
